Grow Mentions is a service operated by Mathéo Robert to track websites, prepare content and compare observed results.
Account and projects
We store your name, email address, hashed password, sessions, project settings, tracked questions, observations, evidence and prepared content. Connected-service credentials are encrypted on the server and scoped to the relevant workspace or project.
Google Search Console & Google Analytics
Connections request read-only access. Search Console supplies clicks, impressions, positions, pages and queries for the website’s property. Google Analytics supplies accessible properties, organic sessions and key events for the property you select. These permissions do not allow changes to your website or Google settings.
This data supports the dashboard, recommendations and period comparisons. Measurements selected for analysis may be sent to the configured AI analysis service, including Cloudflare Workers AI. Google tokens are not sent to the model. We do not use this data to train a general model, sell it or target advertising.
We use Google API data under Google’s User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy.
You can revoke access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops new reads; it does not delete history already stored.
Other services
Cloudflare hosts the application, database, evidence and AI analysis. Stripe handles payments; we do not store card numbers. Resend sends account verification and recovery messages.
DataForSEO receives the questions, keywords and market settings needed for requested collection. Answers and sources are retained as evidence. A project’s PostHog connection reads aggregated results for its selected event; individual visitor identifiers are not retained in these results. GitHub grants access to authorized repositories and files needed to prepare and publish changes.
Grow Mentions usage analytics
PostHog measures pageviews, journeys, operations and errors. An identifier is held in the tab’s session storage; signed-in accounts use an internal account identifier. Events exclude passwords, keys, card numbers, sensitive URL parameters, complete questions, Google measurements and private repository content. Session recording and automatic form capture are disabled. Do Not Track is respected.
Retention and requests
History is retained to preserve your starting point and evidence. This version does not delete it automatically. You can pause tracking and request access, correction or deletion of your data using the contact below. Revoking a connection and requesting deletion of its history are separate operations.
